Has it been your dream to get married in a mansion? That fantasy can become reality in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin. The Cook-Rutledge Mansion may be rented for your small wedding. The experience would create an everlasting memory for the bride, groom, wedding party, and your guests.

The Mansion can also be rented for catered luncheons, corporate meetings, club meetings, social events, special photography sessions, outdoor events, or something else you might have in mind, with approval from the Board of Directors.

Guided Tours All Year Round

Adults: $15 donations.

Kids: $5 (under 13)

​

​

Private events:

​

$150/hr for 20 or fewer individuals

$350/hr for more than 20 individuals

$125/hr for photo shoots, videography, pictures.

​

All tours, photography, and other bookings require a minimum one-hour charge.

Non-refundable deposit due upon signing contract.

One-Hour Guided Holiday Tours

Holiday Open House

Always the first Sunday in December from 1-4pm

​

Guided tours usually take place on weekends in December

starting after the Holiday Open House.

Adults: $15, Kids (under 13): $5
